More feedback is better.

I have now heard back from all four interviewers, one who said he'd get back to me now the semester was over, one who basically told me to be myself in future interviews, applications, and competitions, as well as encouraging me to continue writing, and one who told me he was sorry I wasn't accepted but that he couldn't remember my music, and that I was welcome to send a cd (which I think I will do), as well as the one I mentioned in my last post. I'm just astonished that these people all responded, I totally thought I'd get blown off and disregarded completely. It makes me feel a bit more like a real person and less like a number on a piece of paper that just didn't make the cut.

In other news, I told a former professor about my orchestra piece and he's interested in looking at it, my husband promoted my music among his collegues (which makes me quite happy) and I am sick. the last sucks, but I'm combating it with lots of fluid and british television. because really, british television cures everything.
